| A NEW ADAGE & CURIOSITY DEFINED |
|
You read it correctly. I've changed the adage from "curiosity killed the cat" to "curoisoity saved the Cat."
I am defining curiosity as an eagerness to learn or to know more and to be inquisitive. we have all observed the curiosity of a child.

THE HARVARD STUDY ON STRESS AND CURIOSITY |
|
The Harvard University study shows that 70% of adults who face new and different things experience stress. The other 30% did not because they had developed a habit of "association curiosity thinking" and they actually forged new neuro pathways.

CURIOSITY IS YOUR ALLY |
|
Do you explore, read, study, listen to opposing views, try new things? Do you challenge yourself? Of course you do! That's why you're reading Marvelous Mondays each week. You are a continuous learner and explorer. So curiosity can easily become your LOYAL ALLY.

| EXERCISE |
|
I invite you this week to be aware of new things that come into your life. You'll have many opportunities. I encourage you to be confident as you notice and get curious. Choose to be playful and get curious with the possibilities rather than stressing. Your everyday experiences can lead to many more opportunities to practice your curiosity. Here are just a few:
1. Will I get hired or will I get the job promotion?
2. Will the company downsize?
3. Do I really have to change my diet and lifestyle to be healthier?
