THE LANCASTER SMILE ZONE
Congratulations and bravo to Rich Gray, mayor of Lancaster, PA.  This creative mayor is planning to put a smile zone in certain downtown sections.  He believes (and so do I) that smiles will help Lancaster people to be happier and more peaceful.

SMILING FACTS

Other benefits from smiling are:

1.     Some experts say you strain your face by using 64 face muscles to frown.  You only use 4 face muscles to smile.

2.     Smiling changes your energy field.

3.     Smiling helps you feel better about yourself.

4.     You can smile even when you don't feel like it

A SMILING TIP THAT WORKS

If you are having difficulty smiling, think of three very happy or funny experiences you've had in your life.

EXERCISE

1.     I invite you to consider putting a smile zone in part of your home, perhaps reserving a room (like a family room) for smiles and peace.

2.     I invite you to consider putting a smile zone in part of your office or building space.

3.     I invite you to smile when picking up the phone and to hold a smile during the conversation.

Of course I'd love to hear your results.
