CPR for 2011
|
My 2010 commitment to you was to stay in weekly contact with you, my coaching clients and friends. I have kept my commitment.
Congratulations to you for taking the time each week to read and reflect and to improve your career, business and personal life. Your positive response inspires me to recommit to you for the year 2011.
I invite you to choose one thing you will do for yourself on a weekly basis for the year 2011. Make it fun: Aim to keep it simple. I suggest the following CPR plan:
C - Commit to someone before January 1st what your weekly action will be P - Plan how you will accomplish this R - Report to someone each week on your success
For example, it could be a massage, a night to read, a night with the important people in your life, a phone call to old friends, guitar lessons, dancing, or cooking. Of course, it could be a combination of things. I'll love to hear what your weekly CPR will be.
