REFLECT ON YOUR SURPRISES
|
A surprise is something that happens suddenly or unexpectedly. We typically label surprises very quickly as either a good thing for us or not such a good thing. We have all had surprises in 2010. So let's reflect.

|
EXERCISE
|
I invite you to look at 2010 and write down a few words to describe any surprises in any of these areas:
- Your primary relationships
- Your career
- Your finances
- Your health
- Your fitness
- Your goals
- Your sense of balance
- Your spiritual life
Now write down:
- How you dealt with the surprises
- Whether your initial labeling as a "Good" Surprise or "Not So Good" surprise is still accurate.
- What you have learned from the surprises.
Most of you have learned and grown, especially from the "Not So Good" surprises. Congratulations!
If you are not sure what you learned and want some facilitating or coaching assistance to better learn and to grow, then of course, I am available.
