John Gordon is the owner of several businesses and a family law practice, which is the 3rd oldest (1881) Kansas City based law firm.  He coaches business owners, executives, lawyers and others.  He also coaches executives who are in career transition.  John is an Eagle Scout and a tenor in a gospel choir. He and Frances have 4 children.

DIFFERENTIATE YOUR BUSINESS

It is important to differentiate your business from other like businesses.  Here are some ways to do so:
  • Quality of product or service - establishing and maintaining a level of quality for your business
  • Brand name - is your logo visually distinguishable and does your brand reflect your product or service
  • Environment - your physical environment and your physical presence can affect how you are perceived
  • Customer service - it's not a department, it's an attitude
