Greetings!
First of all - thank you to so many of you for telling me how much you enjoy reading this newsletter. It is really amazing and comforting to know that we have so many wonderful friends and guests who appreciate this personal touch. You are the reason we love our jobs here so much.
Second - our 2nd Annual Ladies Golf Tournament is just a month away. Our first one was great fun and this one promises to be as well. Come out for a bit of golf, lots of laughs, great prizes, yummy food and best of all, to support a very worthy charity. Read more below!
We are really enjoying this hot "old-fashioned" summer. My mother always relates to me how how it was back in 1953 during her pregnancy with yours truly. I actually heard that verfied last week "hottest July in 58 years!" Personally, I am lovin' it!
Lots of new things are going on at Chatterpaul's this summer. As you may have observed, our new sign is finally in place. You also might have noticed the new look (turquoise) matching our new wine list (finally! - more on that below). We are rebranding Chatterpaul's and these are our first changes.
Thanks for your patience also during the change over of our phone system from Rogers to Primus. It took over 8 weeks to get the bugs out (I am not sure why!). I am sorry for the many times you may have called during these times and our phones did not get answered. Unfortunately, this was also during the time that our sign was down - you can imagine the kind of calls and stories that transpired as a result! We are definitely still open for business!!
