Medical Form and Lunch form: If you have not done so yet, please download the
medical form and the
lunch form if required. The Medical form should be submitted if your child has a medical condition or allergy. The lunch form is only needed if you would like to order lunches.
PLEASE NOTE that NO lunch forms will be accepted after June 30th. Please note that we do not keep credit card information on file.
You can fax them at 905-891-1889 or mail them at 169 Oakes Dr, Miss, L5G 3M2 as soon as possible but no later than June 30th.
It is too late on the first day of camp to submit these forms. Please remember that there is no administrative staff on campus site the first day of camp.
Special Events: This year, Camp Tournesol will host 2 special events at our campus.
Ugotdance will come to celebrate the end of season for our 10th year and organize a hiphop workshop for all campers registered the week of August 15th. This will be our closing celebration for our 10th year anniversary. Additionally, all our campers in the Boute-en-train program will be treated to a visit by
Ronald McDonald who will tell them stories, play games and sing songs all in French! More details in the camper's package!
Intrépides-en-route: If you are a camper registered for our overnight trips, you will receive a separate email with the campers package for those trips.
Labels for your belongings:
At the end of summer, there is always a pile of campers belongings left at camp. This is an expensive waste for our campers (and their parents!) As a way to target the problem of lost belongings and a large lost and found closet, we are encouraging our campers to label all belongings.
