Constantly Improving
Since its market debut in 2009, the Solestrian® Pedestrian Messaging Center has made a big impact, with installations in cities across the country. Customers enjoy the aesthetic looks of the sign, its revolutionary pedestrian messaging, as well as its high reflectivity and LED solar technology. Together, these features greatly increase crosswalk conspicuity to improve pedestrian safety both day and night.
Thanks to on-going feedback from our customers, we are constantly improving the Solestrian to make it the industry's leading pedestrian messaging center. Improvements such as a redesigned solar LED panel, make the panel more durable and supplies the sign with modular repairability. These upgrades will help us continually improve crosswalk safety, in order to decrease the number of pedestrian injuries and fatalities.

XLP in The Lone Star State
Along Hwy 303, south of Arlington, TX, the North Texas Toll Authority (NTTA) has installed Tuff Curb® XLP in order to close off toll booths that are no longer in use. XLP's innovative design allowed NTTA to use longer spacing, since the curbing has the option of being coupled together or spaced apart. Project engineers were pleased with XLP's ease of installation, as well as the highly reflective glass element reflectors. This installation is the first test project within the state of Texas, amongst many others nationwide. |
