This Sunday, May 29, marks Impact Recovery Systems' 20th year in business. 

Although we started in 1991, our company legacy dates back to 1956, with a man by the name of Frank Gruen. Since that time, we have grown, improved and assisted in revolutionizing the traffic safety industry around the world.

This month, the city of New Bedford, MA had the unique privilege of being the first to reap the benefits of the newly released Tuff Curb® XLP.  New Bedford installed 857 pieces (over 2,800 ft)

of Tuff Curb XLP along Route 18 and Second Street, in order to ease traffic flow while construction was underway on the nearby northbound elevated off ramp onto Second Street. XLP was installed down the center of these streets- converting them from one way roads into two way roads.
