MayCooking4Cooking the Market!

'Cooking the Market' is a fresh, new cooking class experience held at the Midtown Global Market and taught by Tastebud Tart's Molly Herrmann! Enjoy a cheese course of various local

 cheeses, with descriptions and tasting
MayCooking2notes given by Grass Roots Gourmet owner Vick Potts, then get inspired by the ingredients the Market has to offer! Our inspiration fuels our menu, so no class experience is the same old thing.
This is a hands-on, high energy class full of fun and good food. It is perfect for meeting new folks, bringing together a group of friends for an event and corporate team building.

$50 per person (includes cheese course, wine/beer, ingredients and dinner)

Classes are held from 5pm to 8pm:
Saturday, July 10
Saturday, August 14
Saturday, September 25

Space is limited to 12 people per class

 Tenant Spotlight-Andy's Garage

The Chase family bring you Andy's Garage, a 1950's American diner full of delicious hamburgers, refreshing ice cream shakes and malts and fresh French fries cut right in front of your eyes!  Loyal customers since the Market opened in 2006, Frank and Stacy Chase purchased the existing business Andy's Garage in September of 2008.  You will find the Chase family, Frank, Stacey, son Matthew and daughter Whitney working behind the counter on a regular basis.  Even Baby Henry has been a part of the Market, modeling in our Earth Day fashion show in April!

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, Andy's Garage has something for everyone.  Hot breakfasts, salads, wraps and burgers!  And don't forget to say hi to Matthew, the smiling redhead behind the counter.

Grab the whole family and head back to the '50's at Andy's Garage!  Located near the Elliot Avenue entrance, Andy's Garage is open from 7am to 8pm Monday through Saturday and 11am-6pm on Sunday.  612-886-2602
