                                                      Midtown Global Market Tenant Spotlight!

EarthVitality
     EarthVitality

Paul Wallick started EarthVitality because he saw a need for a company that provides eco-friendly promotional products for companies that want to have a green image.  His bamboo shirts and socks became so popular at the Living Green Expo and the Minneapolis Farmers Market that Paul was encouraged to open a retail store by his customers.  Searching out locations brought Paul to the Midtown Global Market.  Paul is encouraged by the energy of the Market and the response he has had for his store.  "Once people wear bamboo socks and bamboo shirts they will be back for more", Paul promises.

EarthVitality sells eco-friendly clothing and products.  Bamboo and organic cotton is used in much of their yoga clothing, socks, and hoodies.  The advantage of bamboo is that it has moisture wicking so your body stays dry, has natural anti-microbial properties which keeps the order away from you, and is thermal-regulating which means it keeps you 3 degrees warmer than cotton in the winter and 3 degrees cooler than cotton in the summer.  Bamboo wood is pulverized to separate the natural fibers and the resulting fabric is soft, even softer than cotton.  It's silky.  There's no roughness at all.  In fact, the material has been compared to a silk/cashmere blend.  Bamboo shirts feel smooth against your body and move with you.  Bamboo grows naturally and is biodegradable.  Bamboo is not saturated with pesticides and fertilizers.  Organic cotton is grown on fields that have been chemical free for at least three years.  Regular cotton consumes 25% of the world's pesticides (that's two billion pounds!).

EarthVitality is eco-green, eco-fun, eco-stylish, and eco-affordable.
