Survey Results are In!
|
Bikini Boot Camp sent out a participant survey to the Spring and Summer participants this fall. It was sent to over 900 participants and within 24 hours 157 of you had responded! You were asked to rate everything from your first impression of Bikini Boot Camp, to administrative services, quality of trainers and what else could be done to make us better. Over $10,000 survey credits have been given to those of you who completed the survey.
The results were amazing! We received everything from "my trainer is 'life changing' " to "is there a way returnees are able to register first". We appreciate all of your honesty and advice! We strive to continue to create a company we are all proud to be a part of. While there is always room for improvement, we are happy to hear that you are happy with us! For those of you who had suggestions, we have discussed them and look forward to updating you with their progress.
* The fall and late fall survey is scheduled to go out in January.

Increased Immunity
|
With the "flu season" upon us, we all strive to maintain healthy families. Here is some great common sense advice to help us all keep our immune system in top form. - Eat healthy foods that are rich in Vitamin C (Amla and other citrus fruits). If you supplement with Vitamin C tablets, check that it also has Zinc included to boost absorption.
- Increase your vegetable intake.
- Drink warm liquids.
- Avoid sugar and caramel colouring as these have been shown to suppress the immune system for up to 2 hours.
- Supplement with Oil of Oregano or Colloidal silver. They have a natural anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. Taken during a viral infection, they prevent secondary illnesses.
- Increase sleep.
- Exercise.
- Wash your hands throughout the day.
- Decrease stress and increase laughter!
