Due to last year's overwhelming response, this summer we have added more Adventure Workouts to Calgary's list of programs.

Have you ever wanted to learn how to mountain bike, roller blade, hike or row?  We have brought in the experts to show you how.

Or are you trying to get in that 3rd Bikini Boot Camp workout?  Our Drop-In Adventure Program is right for you!

It's 90 fun filled minutes of adventure!  A drop-in workout to fit your schedule.

Workouts will be held Saturday mornings and will run from June to September.  Workouts will be held at various locations throughout the city.  Registration for these programs is open, check it out today!
