Congratulations to Ca' Momi Enoteca for its recent pizza victory. Over 2,000 people gathered for a Cabernet Release Party and Pizza Contest at Silver Oak Cellars where Ca' Momi fired up its oven and was named "Napa Valley's Best Wood Oven Pizza." Come try the award-winning pizza for yourself.

It was a triumphant day in history for Ca' Momi Enoteca,  proving its pizza is adored by big wine lovers with discerning palates. Ca' Momi competed at Silver Oak Cellars against five others and walked away with a trophy and a year's worth of bragging rights for Napa Valley's Best Wood Oven Pizza. Ca' Momi's oven at the Cabernet Release Party was fired up to over 900 degrees to cook its award-winning Porchetta-Rucola-Pecorino Romano. The savory masterpiece delighted the crowd with imported Italian flour caputo, organic tomatoes, organic mozzarella, organic savory pork, organic wild baby arugula and imported Pecorino Romano cheese from Italy. The porchetta was the star in this dish, prepared and slow roasted for over six hours in Ca' Momi's wood-fired pizza oven. |

PREPARED MEATS READY TO COOK
The Fatted Calf is featuring pork roasts stuffed with local and seasonal offerings such as green tomato chutney, peperonata and stone fruit mostarda. DILL POLLEN
Dill pollen is a potent, crisp alternative to dill powder or seeds. It keeps better than fresh dill, and has a better flavor than freeze-dried dill leaves. Like many fresh herbs, dill pollen should be added near the end of the recipe in order to preserve its complex flavor and aroma. SMOKED CHICKEN PO' BOY
So popular, Gott's Roadside decided to add its smoked chicken Po-Boy special to its regular menu. It features house-smoked Petaluma Poultry chicken grilled, served on a butter toasted sourdough roll with mayo, BBQ sauce, American slaw, and bread and butter pickles. Gott's also features daily specials from its farm, depending on what's ready to be harvested. Check back regularly for items like fried green tomatoes and zucchini fries.
