A Prize Product Spotlight
Moving Beyond the Page has generously given curriculum to our Wednesday Winner's Prize in the past and we would like to take a moment to share more about this wonderful curriculum! Moving Beyond the Page is a comprehensive research-based curriculum designed to challenge and stimulate gifted and creative homeschoolers.
Their curriculum incorporates many current educational strategies that
encourages critical and creative thinking skills, promotes deep
understanding of topics and issues, and encourages children to learn
through their areas of strength. Kim A. Howe
has been an educational consultant for school systems in North Carolina
where she taught certification courses for elementary, middle and high
school teachers pursuing licensure in gifted education. She also served
as a Curriculum Development Specialist at the University of North
Carolina Chapel Hill. Kim is co-author of Making Choices: A Social
Skills Development Program. |
