"My Account" Feature Added to Online Support Center

Dear Colleague,   

 

Your COMPRESS Support and Update Service has been expanded to include access to a new "My Account" area within our Support Center.  Once signed in, you can view a history of your support tickets, see a summary of your company's licenses as well as update your profile.  You are also able to:
  • Download COMPRESS updates (Resources > Downloads)
  • Search the full knowledge base (Resources > Knowledge Base)
  • Submit tickets to the Support Team (Request Support > Submit a Ticket)

Accounts have been set up for clients with current COMPRESS support subscriptions.  If this is your first time signing in:

 

  1. Go the Support Center http://support.codeware.com and select the My Account tab.
  2. Click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address. 
  3. Your User ID and Password will be automatically emailed to you.
