"My Account" Feature Added to Online Support Center |

Dear Colleague,
Your COMPRESS Support and Update Service has been expanded to include access to a new "My Account" area within our Support Center. Once signed in, you can view a history of your support tickets, see a summary of your company's licenses as well as update your profile. You are also able to:
- Download COMPRESS updates (Resources > Downloads)
- Search the full knowledge base (Resources > Knowledge Base)
- Submit tickets to the Support Team (Request Support > Submit a Ticket)
Accounts have been set up for clients with current COMPRESS support subscriptions. If this is your first time signing in:
- Go the Support Center http://support.codeware.com and select the My Account tab.
- Click the "Forgot your password?" link and enter your email address.
- Your User ID and Password will be automatically emailed to you.
