COMPRESS Build 6310 Released
Includes New Shell Seams Feature

Shell Seams
We are pleased to announce the release of COMPRESS Build 6310. Codeware's pressure vessel and heat exchanger design software now includes:
  • A shell seams feature (shown top right)
  • A shell rollout sketch, included in the seams report (shown bottom right)
  • The COMPRESS Project backup tool
Shell seams are turned on by default for all new pressure vessels created in Build 6310. To view seams on a design created in an earlier Build:
Shell Roll Out
  1. Open the file in COMPRESS Build 6310
  2. Select Action > Set Mode Options > Defaults > Long Seams
  3. Check "Show longitudinal seams on cylinders, transitions, skirts, and hemi heads"

Q: How do I update to COMPRESS Build 6310? 
A: Clients with current Support and Update Service subscriptions can update to Build 6310 by selecting Help > Get Updates from within COMPRESS or by downloading the full installation from the Support Center. Step-by-step Installation Guides are also available within the Support Center.
 
If your COMPRESS Support and Update Service has expired, please contact an Account Manager by emailing sus@codeware.com or calling (941) 927-2670 to renew your subscription.
