This is not only our way of thanking you for a super 2009, celebrating all your fitness and nutrition success of this past year, rolling out our super plans for 2010, BUT it gives us a chance to show off our brand new indoor boot camp and training facility - YOU see it first!

All camper attendees will receive goodie bags full of cool preferred vendor gifts and coupons and don't forget the fantastic raffle prizes! The celebration starts at 7 pm with hors d'oeuvres; preferred vendor information tables and samples; music; wine and beer and other beverages and time to walk through the facility and mingle with fellow campers. Our short presentation will take place at 8 pm with great raffle prize drawings every 4-minutes.

So dress casual and plan to attend the party. What a great way to start off your 2010!

No-longer used boots cluttering up your closet, basement, garage?
We want them!

Big Boot RecruitDuring the month of January, we'll be running "The Big Boot Recruit" - a charity drive to collect gently used boots to help local families keep dry and warm this winter.   We ask you, our current and past campers, to bring your no-longer-used boots to class.  If you can gather extra pairs from friends, neighbors and family, that would be great. If you are not taking a camp, check out this list of other drop off spots for boots.

Who is A-List Fitness, Inc?

As some of you may know; the corporation that owns and operates Milwaukee Adventure Boot Camp is legally titled; A-List Fitness, Inc.  As we move into 2010 and start expanding our indoor training facility offering, you will see both A-List and MABC side by side in marketing materials, on the website as well as posted on the entrance to the facility.

We want to make sure that all our campers and small group training clients feel confident that the highest quality training and support will remain constant as we grow and expand to offer you the most effective boot camp AND semi-private and small group training in the state!

We Are In!

We are in and camps have started! Thanks so much for your support and excitement as we finally move into our indoor boot camp and small group training space. It has been a long haul but we know that anything worth having is worth working for.

Just like our fantastic outdoor boot camps, our indoor boot camp sessions will include: cardiovascular training, resistance training, abdominal training, functional and core strength training, cardio bursts, varied equipment training, as well as plyometrics and stretching. Beginner to advanced fitness levels. And starting later this year; we are proud to offer semi-private and small group training for those not quite ready for group boot camp and those ready for a more intense physical challenge.

Indoor boot camp workouts will help you achieve fat loss, better body composition, increase strength, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, balance and flexibility, improved performance, better self-esteem, lower cholesterol, higher energy....we could keep going but we think you get the picture.

We are located at 4170 North Port Washington Rd in Glendale - just a few short minutes from the lakefront. Full locker room and shower facilities are available. Camps are limited due to space (8,900 square feet of it).
