1st Annual SLAM BAM Contest Winners Announced
Congratulations to our first SLAM BAM contest winner... Joanna Marker.
Joanna won an all expenses paid trip and some great loot from the contest's sponsors. More importantly, she is walking (or jogging) away from the challenge a different person - 55 pounds, 9.7% body fat and 33.75 inches physically smaller.
Juggling boot camp, work, and graduate school, Joanna demonstrated unwavering commitment and dedication to win this contest.

Our second place winner, Shannon Panszis, started the challenge dreaming of herself in black leather pants. In this challenge, she lost an amazing 33.25 inches and 34 pounds. Will she finally buy those pants? If she does, we promise to sneak a picture and share it with you.
Michelle Horkman is our third place winner. Her dramatic results include the largest percent of body fat lost -- 12.5% and she is now 9 inches slimmer around the waist. Michelle wants to be strong for her mom and family. This challenge has helped her realize that she is "the strong woman I am meant to be".
