Want to be the first to learn about Milwaukee Adventure Boot
Camp events, news, pictures, and videos? Sign up as one of our Facebook friends. Did I mention all the great people who are already part of the group?
I would encourage everyone to use this group to provide support to each other.
You will see me posting more in the upcoming months.
C'mon, this is the perfect time to get technical. Most adults are
getting and staying in touch with professional and personal contacts
via Facebook.
Yeah, we fought it too; like we don't have enough to do in a day right?
But this DOES help you stay informed and connected! So get with it, be
a Facebook friend or be a four-sided polygon (a square by the way)!

The Whole Fruit and Nothing But the Whole Fruit
One of the most common misconceptions about fruit is that
all forms of fruit - fresh, frozen, juiced - are equally healthy and
interchangeable. This is not true. Experts agree that fresh or frozen whole
fruit is far superior to juice. Why?-
Juice does not contain the skins or peels of the fruit.
"Plants put a lot of potent natural compounds
into the outermost layer of the fruit," says medicinal plants expert Navindra
Seeram of the University of Rhode Island. When the skins and peels are removed
in the processing, out go those protectors.
