Waldron was one of the 50 Women of Influence and Power for 2011 selected by Minority Enterprise Advocate (MEA) Magazine in Washington D.C. The Applauding Courage and Success themed award honored 50 of the most successful women business leaders across the United States.
DiversityBusiness.com named The Management Edge one of the Top 100 Woman Owned Businesses in Florida. This list has become one of the most recognized and respected compilations of companies that truly differentiate themselves in the market place in a time when diversity has never been more important.
Waldron calls her company, founded in 1986, a "not for profit only" business, believing strongly that the business is about more than just making a living, but making a living in an ethical way that genuinely improves the situation of the client, the company, and the community.
