ICE JAMMING ISSUES AND SNOW ON FLAT ROOFS ADVICE.......Due to the weight of the snow from the past few storms, it would be advisable for you to either push it off your roof yourselves, or have your management company come over to remove it.
As we go through thawing (which happened on Friday) you'll notice that large icicles have formed along roof lines which has caused ice build up in our gutters called ice jamming. This could cause water to weep through your walls, and the weight of melting snow could cause your roof to cave in as it has done so in multiple towns this week.
I just want to make sure that you don't have issues as we look forward to the next storm!
