Personal Training System (Sample of Virtual Training program)
Welcome to the the first stage of your new Personal Training program. I am really happy to help you get to the goal you have for yourself. Here is some of what we are going to do in these vital first two weeks:
MUST DO: Create a 'To Do By Date': Create a specific date that that we will accomplish a goal by. "I am loosing 12 pounds by August 12 for my cousins wedding!" Measure, take a 'before' picture, no one likes doing this, but it keeps us visual on our progress. Set the timer on your camera and take a picture of you in non baggy work out clothes and take a picture from the front and back with your arms out from your side. complete :60 second test with push ups and crunches. Record how many ab crunches and push ups you can do in a minute and we will retest at week four. Start on a lipotropic product such as Fat Burn 1 by Apex, for a liver cleanse, or a 'fat burn' product: Green Tea pills, something all natural. Introduced basic nutrition: vegetables everyday and fruits every other day, eight glasses of water and three protein meals and two snacks. Enroll in an online food log program: Body Bug or Calorie King for daily food logging and calorie count. Or begin to journal everything you eat everyday as you eat it for one week, send it to me and I will get an average calorie intake per day. This way we can see eating habits. Complete two days of cardio at 45 mins per session and one day of resistance (strength) training. This will jump start calorie burning.

The Main Eating Patterns for Success
Eat 2-3 meals per day and 2-3 snacks per day. At least two of the meals should be high protein meals.
Drink at least 2 quarts (or liters) of calorie-free beverage per day.
Bread in very small quantities, if at all.
One of the snacks each day should be fresh, organic vegitables or fruit.
Avoid high fat snacks (Nuts, Cheese, Chips) Avoid high calories (Cheese Cake, Cream Pie, Ice Cream) Protein is very important
Don't drink during meals
Eat good tasting, flavorful food, use spices.
