FEEL BETTER LOOSE WEIGHT ACOMPLISH WHAT YOU WANT GAIN MUSCLE HAVE MORE ENERGY LIKE THE WAY YOU LOOK BE HEALTHY
These are all realistic goals that with careful planning can be achieved. You can get to that goal with these tips, but first and foremost you have to want to. I know when a client makes their first statement weather or not they are really serious about what they say they want. Here are my tips, but remember that we can do this together with me as your trainer. Let me call you and book a free evaluation and see if you are serious.
- Set realistic goals. My business booms every new year and those that stick with it for 30 days are more likely to stick with their new plans. Make your goal simple and concise and only pick one for 30 days.
- Take a positive approach. You have to tell yourself how good you are doing. Say thank you as you eat a healthy meal or good job on your way out of a good workout.
- Measure the goals you set. Periodically measure with a tape measure, or a big pair of pants, see if things are changing to stay on track.
Redefine your goals. Accomplish one, reassess pick the next one.
Reward yourself. Have one free meal a day, or buy a new pair of pants that are smaller.
Keep reevaluating. Is this working or do I need a harder program?
Find tools that work. Hire me to be your trainer, use a nutrition program, use tools, if we could do it all on our own, we would have already. We all need help.
Learn to visualize. Proven fact, Olympians do all their sports in their mind over and over to get results.
Something is better. Remember that something is better than nothing. Twelve minutes at the gym no matter how tired you tell yourself you are is better than going straight home and eating donuts on the couch.
Stress Kills. Learn stress management skills now. It kills people and it kills your goals.
