We just reached the end of the first month of 2009. Now is the time most people loose some motivation and drop their goals.
I have watched it for years, people spend the most money and time on their goals in January and after not seeing any results in four weeks, they give up and quit.
Retraining the body and habits takes time. Here is a secret, track your successes. Actually take out a journal and write down all the steps you have taken so far towards that goal. Reflect on all your hard work. Tell yourself thank you. Keep going, don't loose that fire. Tell yourself how proud you are of all your work. Look at the journal every day.
