Eat Mindfully

Use Your mind to eat, not your stomach!
I love to eat!!  It is one of my favorite things to do other than seeing a movie or play is to eat.  If you are like me, sometimes that can be challenging to controll.  At least half if not more of my time as a trainer is spent talking about or discussing eating with my clients.  What to eat, when to eat, how much to eat; all of this and more has crossed our minds.  This article was sent to me by my client Mindy (way to go on all the hard work Mindy!!!) and I thought it summed up exactly what I say and believe.  HOPE IT HELPS!!  Get your greens......TrainerTroy

"Hi Troy,

I certainly respect you for the professional way you carry yourself and for the way you share your thoughts, suggestions and inspiration personally and through your newsletter.
Dee and I will do as many of your tips as we can. I still eat oatmeal as per your suggestion nearly every day. The Coaches Oats from Costco are terrific. There is an Irish Oatmeal that is good too. I add raisins and cranberries or blueberries and microwave them right in.
So, just a thanks for everything including excellent yoga classes and the personal training I received from you with my membership resign. I probably will not take more personal training sessions - I am swimming now and taking your yoga class with lifting some lighter weights, but I will continue to suggest you to friends when they are looking for a personal trainer or just a great person to know.
