Kelle to me: One more thing.....I have been keeping a close eye on my sodium and my protein I eat very little protein and am trying to increase that, any simple ideas or tricks of your trade you can share with me about inserting protein?? Kelle

Tricks: Cook three 100 % Organic chicken breast at the same time, put them in separate tupaware containers and use them for ready made servings in the week. Add almonds to any and everything. Put 100% organic peanut butter in your oatmeal or shake or celery and carrots. Put Protein powder in your already cooked oatmeal, use an isolate not a cheap concentrate. Hard boil a dozen cage free eggs at once in a big pot and use them for quick snacks. Eat a serving size portion of low fat cottage cheese (this is the only cheese to eat on a weight loss diet, all other cheese is banned:). Use Spiralina, tofu, soy beans, or quinoa as vegi proteins. Eat turkey, chicken, fish and lean red meat, 100 % organic, un processed meat that you have to cook yourself.
