Greetings!

Hello. 

I have been working on my art of conversation and had the best talk with a fellow Yogi today after class.  We were talking about all the stresses in life and how they can seem to amplify especially at the holidays.  She mentioned that when she becomes overwhelmed, she heads for the gym even though she may not want to work out because she feels so much better afterwards. 

I was telling her how I used to get very overwhelmed by everyday stress until I started working with my meditation teacher and learning stress management techniques.  She agreed that when she takes a stress management class she feels so much more empowered.  Working with Diane Ross and learning tools to reduce stress and decompress has changed my life for the better.  I truly feel that is where I have learned ways to keep calm in the eye of whatever storm I may find myself in.
