And if you prefer the EX to the DSLR, but are struggling with expensive media, this last news item is for you: Midtown Video is offering Firmware Upgrades for the EX1R and the PMW-350 cameras. Just bring your camera in and give us about 30 minutes. When we're done, you can use Sony and 3rd Party adapters to record to SD cards, giving you almost as much versatility as the native SxS cards. The going rate for the service is $50.00, but it's FREE with the purchase of a Sony Memory Stick Adapter. The Sony MEADMS01 Memory Stick Pro Duo adapter is available now for $120.00, and the Sony MEADSD01 SD Card adapter will be available soon for $110.00.
