We are all pretty aware of the health benefits of yoga.  It helps us unwind from the day and manages our stress.  It makes our bodies strong and flexible, and we feel good.  But truly, how can yoga serve you?  Here are a few ways...

When we feel good:
1. we are a nicer person.
2. we can more readily be present for others.
3. we contribute to the consciousness of the planet by being more conscious in our lives.
4. we find more richness and meaning in our daily lives.
5. we enjoy ourselves and others.
6. we see the good in situations, even the challenging ones.
7. we increase our capacity to give and receive love.
8. we love ourselves.
9. we know ourselves more deeply and live from a place of greater authenticity.
10. we realize that our purpose on this planet is ultimately to serve others in some way...

Here's how Bhava is serving you so that you can serve others:

shivanataraj1.  The Shiva Satsang returns, the 2nd & 4th Mondays, for an evening of chant and meditation.  It's free, bring your intentions and an offering of a fruit, flower, or sweet.

2.  Beginning June 23rd, we're adding a Yoga Hour Class for only $5.  We think these classes will make yoga more accessible to you.

We've added a Pre-Natal class on Saturday mornings to serve mom and baby.

4.  In July and August, Erin and Susan are taking the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita and making them real for today in a series of 4 yoga workshops entitled "Ending the Struggle, Engaging the Heart."   
                                                        
ttphoto5.  And for those of you who have been touched by Anusara's gift of teaching from the heart, you can go deeper with the Anusara Immersion and Teacher Training Programs at Bhava beginning in August.  Share the gift with others...
