PR to Honor School Director & PA Teacher of the Year PRSD will honor retiring board member Gary Deschamps and PA Teacher of the Year Michelle Switala on Nov. 17 at 7:30 p.m., during the regular board meeting. Please join us to celebrate their accomplishments in the PRSD Dewitt Blank Room in the Administration Building.

They entered the WPIAL Playoffs as the 5th seed with a record of 7-1-2 in Section II and 10-4-2- overall. They won their first game against Gateway (1-0) followed by a tough overtime and penalty kick loss to Norwin.
PRHS Field Hockey Team Raised Awareness & Funds for Breast Cancer The Pine-Richland Girls Field Hockey Team raised more than $2,270, after launching an initiative aimed at raising money and awareness of a disease that affects one in every eight women - breast cancer. Read more...

| Gobble for Cans: Support PRMS Gobble for Cans as they collect non-perishable items to help feed the hungry. If a flyer was placed in your mailbox, students will pick up donated items Nov. 10 from 4-6:30. Simply place the items in a bag outside your door. If a flyer was not placed in your mailbox and you would like to donate, please deliver the goods to the Middle School before 6:30 p.m. on Nov. 10. Empty Bowls Fundraiser, November 21: Students from the Ceramics classes and the Interact Club will be holding their annual Empty Bowls Fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 21, from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the high school cafe/atrium. Soup & bread buffet along with a handmade bowl will be $10. Soup & bread buffet only will be $5. Children 5 and under are free. Proceeds will benefit both the Lighthouse Foundation and Kurt Wolfe's Fund.
