Greetings! 
War Eagle everyone! Saturday's game -vs- Clemson is another "True Blue" event, so if you are headed to the game- wear BLUE! The game has a 12pm ET kickoff and will be broadcast on ABC.
The Atlanta Auburn Club is pleased to announce we were able to sell out TWO buses for the Clemson game! Thanks to everyone who is riding with us!
We still have THREE MORE bus trips scheduled for this season. The next one up, which is just two weeks away is: South Carolina. We are only doing one bus for this trip -- so get your reservations in now if you know you are going. Departure time will be announced after we hear when kickoff will be. Departure location will likely be the Sandy Springs MARTA station. Cost: $50/per person. You can reserve your seat below, as well as for the Florida @ Auburn, and UGA game trips.
The deadline for group discount ticket sales for the AAC's Atlanta Falcons-Carolina Panthers outing on October 16 is TODAY (Friday, Sept 16). We already have 200+ Auburn Tigers joining us. Tickets are available in a variety of seat levels. Full details and the link to order are below.

| Atlanta Auburn Club Bus Trips for 2011 Football Season
Reserve your seats for the South Carolina game - before they are gone!
 Satellite TV has been ordered for ALL of our bus trips this year. And, as in years past, riders can bring personal-sized coolers aboard the bus (larger coolers must be stowed below). So why worry about driving when you can start your tailgating earlier and ride with us to the game?!! NEXT TRIP: SOUTH CAROLINA -- we are only doing ONE bus for this one, so seats are very limited; if you have tickets and want to go, make your reservations now! This will be a one-day trip. Departure location will be Sandy Springs MARTA station; depending on kickoff time we will arrange to get there early enough for tailgating - departure will be one hour after the game. Sept. 17: Auburn at Clemson -- Kickoff 12pm ET
BOTH CLEMSON BUSES ARE NOW SOLD OUT! -- WAR EAGLE!! Atlanta Auburn Club Bus policy for the 2011 season: Seat reservations are confirmed only through pre-payment via credit card links posted by the Atlanta Auburn Club. The Atlanta Auburn Club has no control over TV kickoff times, and to secure buses we must reserve them early. Pre-paid fares for game day trips are non-refundable, but can be transferred (with notice to club) to another Auburn Tiger or someone on the club waiting list (if applicable). Bus departure times and locations will be announced prior to game day travel. If there are not enough riders for a particular bus trip, the club will refund prepaid funds to riders for said trip. |

Auburn Alumni Association Life Membership Rates Going Up
Life membership rates will increase effective October 1, 2011. So, now is the time to "go life!" As long as the association receives your first payment (or payment in full) no later than Sept. 30, 2011, you will be locked into the current life rates ($650/individual and $975/joint). Payments received on or after Oct. 1, 2011 will be at the new rates ($850/individual and $1,175/joint). This is the association's first rate increase in six years and puts Auburn in line with other SEC schools who have alumni membership programs. (Be sure to use the link and Atlanta Auburn Club membership code listed above when signing up for a Life membership!)

Spirit, Auburn's bald eagle, is doing fine after flying into luxury-box window
Auburn's mascot is fine after hitting the window of a suite Saturday at Jordan-Hare Stadium. Spirit, one of three live eagle mascots, hit the glass during his pre-game flight but went on to continue his flight and completed a longer-than-usual descent to the 50-yard line.
