Greetings!
Good morning & War Eagle! The Braves have asked us to send everyone an important update about Saturday's outing. Please see many new details below!
And while we are writing, thanks to everyone who has told us of more Auburn billboards in the metro Atlanta area (keep looking!) We have added them to the list below because there are a lot of Tigers headed here for the game on Saturday.

Update from the Atlanta Braves about Saturday's AAC Outing
Thanks to a large number of ticket orders on Wednesday, we have now sold the last of the $6 seats. So we have now moved onto the $8 block of seats which are directly above this group at the stadium! Note: ALL tickets sold from Wednesday (Jul 29) will be available at Will Call rather than mailed out.
Braves - Dodgers game time is Saturday at 4pm.
Based on the information everyone has submitted on their ticket order forms, the Atlanta Braves are going to recognize the following groups on the LED boards during the game --- they will run between the 2nd and 7th innings. Atlanta Auburn Club Coweta/Fayette Auburn Club Middle Georgia Auburn Club Golden Isles Auburn Club Emerald Coast Auburn Club Greater Birmingham Auburn Club
So a BIG Auburn welcome and a WAR EAGLE to everyone from our fellow Auburn Clubs and Auburn University who will be joining us at the game on Saturday afternoon!
As of late yesterday, our group total was at 314 Tigers + an Auburn fraternity that is coming over... and still growing!! The Braves also told us that the Atlanta Eagle Club (Georgia Southern), Atlanta Seminole Club and Atlanta Gator Club (!!) will also be at the game (though apparently not by our group).
Everyone going to the game: Don't forget to wear something Auburn & bring your Camera! It's going to be a great Tiger turnout and we will need help taking pictures of what will be a very large group! We'll include your photos - of you and the Tigers around you - in our next club email. So show us your Auburn Spirit... and send us your photos after the game!!
To order tickets, download a pdf order form in the Events section of the Atlanta Auburn Club website by clicking here Fill it out - and Fax or Email ASAP to our Braves Sales Rep Justin Johnson. ALL of Justin's contact information is on the form.

Auburn Spirit on Display All Over Metro Atlanta Area
Our story about the Auburn Billboards has resulted in a Tiger Prowl of our own in Atlanta!!! Thanks to everyone who sent us information about even more billboard sightings. We have promises of additional photos to come. The updated list is below! WAR EAGLE!!!

This AU billboard was spotted by the AAC's Lee Bryan at Peachtree and Collier (right by Piedmont Hospital). He says it is above the old Harry's in a Hurry and viewable if you are heading north toward Buckhead on Peachtree.
The billboard below was photographed by Steve Blagg '89 from Grayson,
GA. He says it can be seen when riding West along Highway 78 through
Snellville.

Additional sightings (but no photographs yet):
- Caretha Clifton saw one at I-85/ Riverdale northbound. She says it is close to the Chevron at the
intersection of I-85 and 138SR, across from Ryan's
Steakhouse.
- Katie Dougherty '06 and Carol Stanley report one on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard - inside the Perimeter - heading south. It's just above the Honda dealership before you get to Chamblee-Dunwoody.
- Michael Long, one of our vendors at the Kickoff event (he was the one with the very popular Auburn Tigers Crossrunner Scooter), saw one after leaving our event. He lives in Lawrenceville and says it's near the crossroads of Pleasant Hill Road and Buford
Highway.
- Beth St. Jean '70 and Joan Barnhill have told us about an AU billboard at the corner of Robinson Road and Roswell Road in East Cobb.
- Andrew Davies has spotted one on Roswell Road - going north - just after the Spalding Road intersection.
- Scott Jaye, one of our great Atlanta Auburn Club volunteers, says all the Tigers up in Forsyth County can see one on Highway 9, just north of Exit 13 (Hwy 141).
- Whitney Huth says there is one on I-285 Northbound between the airport and I-20... and another on I-20 westbound between Lake Oconee and th 285 Loop (in Conyers?)
-Bob Hapner will have to confirm whether Whitney Huth's second sighting is the same one he's reporting on the southside of I-20 facing east between the West Ave and Sigman Road exits (he says you'll see it as you drive toward Lithonia or Atlanta).
- Miranda Jones solved the mystery of the billboard on US 41/Cobb Parkway. It's just south of Barrett Parkway/Kennesaw. If you are traveling southbound you will see it on the right side of the road before you hit White Circle.
- Jim Everidge has seen one at Sandy Plains Road and Canton Highway.
- AAC president Kathleen Saal reports one on I-75. Driving south from Acworth/Lake Allatoona, it's just past the I-575 interchange on the lefthand side of highway, before the Hwy 5 Marietta/Canton exit.
- We have heard also that there might be one somewhere around Turner Field? If anyone can confirm, let us know...
Have you seen an Auburn billboard? If so, send us a photograph (but only if you can get the photo safely!!) and/or a description of where to see it. We'll keep expanding the list. Our email address is: communications@atlantaauburnclub.org WAR EAGLE!!!
