Adobe Photoshop CS4 Training
Hello Everyone,
In case you didn't know, Adobe has done it again - they have released a new version of Adobe Photoshop. The current release of CS4 includes two versions: Photoshop CS4 and Photoshop Extended CS4. While Photoshop CS4 is intended for professional photographers, graphic designers and web designers, Photoshop CS4 Extended provides extra tools and features to benefit video professionals, medical professionals and scientific researchers.
So what does this mean to you? It depends of course!
If you currently have a copy of CS3, upgrading to CS4 will give you a few specific tools and features that will benefit your forensic workflow. Additionally, the support for the 64-bit versions of Windows Vista allows Photoshop CS4 to run faster when working with larger file sizes.
If you are working with versions of Photoshop earlier than CS3, an upgrade would be a dramatic difference. Not only do you add smart filters for a non-destructive workflow and the ability to work with video in Photoshop Extended, but the interface has also been updated with new palettes and docking schemes that conserve space while keeping everything you need accessible.
What's even better is that our classes are also upgrading to Adobe Photoshop CS4. If you want to learn about the latest features and tools available in Photoshop and Photoshop Extended attend one of our upcoming classes:
Adobe Photoshop for Latent Print Examiners December 1 - 3, 2008 in Tucson, AZ.
Adobe Photoshop for Forensic Video Analysts January 26 - 29, 2009 in Phoenix, AZ
