New CD: "I Wait"

I wait thumb

I wait is a collection of Psalms set to anointed music. Many Psalms were written as songs, inspired by the Holy Spirit and sung in worship. This CD explores those roots in a powerful way. A hour of Holy Spirit inspiration!

RS 200904We  just concluded our 22nd meeting of 2010 and God is moving in amazing ways. Just last night people testified of God's healing touch in their lives during worship. The harvest is plentiful and we are seeing people saved and transformed in every service. Hallelujah!

The salvation experience reminds us of two very important aspects of God. First, His absolute power. He does what no other can and He can when all others can't. Secondly, His grace and mercy. We are saved by grace and enjoy His mercy every day. In fact this month's theme and teaching revolves around God's grace and mercy. Sharon wrote a terrific song called "Mercy and Grace" that is featured on February's CD of the month we are sending out to all our Kingdom Builder partners, along with a potent teaching on mercy and grace. Do you know the difference between mercy and grace? Read the article below to discover fresh, valuable and rich revelations about God's mercy and grace. (If you would like to get a copy of this month's CD send us an e-mail request and we'll tell you how to obtain your copy)

We pray you are blessed. We pray God's amazing blessing upon you in His special way as you read through our special e-newsletter.
Planning for 2011
We are already bathing 2011 in strategic prayer. We are planning to take teams with us on Ministry and Missions Tours next year. Our USA schedule is also taking shape as many churches invite us to minister in their communities.

Graceandmercy

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need. Hebrews 4:16 NKJV Emphasis Added

God is a God of grace and mercy. In fact grace and mercy are two of the most valuable things the Lord can ever lavish on your life. Money cannot buy them. They are free to every person who needs them. Let's take a closer look at these "twins" of blessing:

Grace
The New Testament word for grace, "charis", has a variety of meanings. It is translated favor, benefit, gift, joy, pleasure and thanks. Grace originates from God as He bestows favor and blessing on us. Grace indeed is unmerited favor, but oh so much more. . . God's grace is a constant power in our lives and unchangeable. It reaches into eternity beyond our limits and boundaries.

Grace is connected to salvation
Eph 2:8-9 says: For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast. Grace brings us within reach of Christ's sacrifice and faith activates His power in us. The gift of God is eternal life, through Christ Jesus. Rom. 6:23

Grace is connected to the power of God
In 2 Cor. 12:9 God answered Paul's prayer in a remarkable way. Paul prayed 3 times concerning a special situation in his life. He called it a thorn in his flesh and he connected it to a direct demonic attack. When God spoke to him about this He said: My grace is sufficient for you for My strength is made perfect in weakness. The Greek word for sufficient is "arkeo". It means to "ward off, be enough, be sufficient." It is connected to an idea of raising a barrier. God was saying: "Paul I am giving you grace. My grace is enough to build a barrier around you that will not be penetrated. What you have in my grace is enough for you to overcome. You need nothing besides it!" This is an amazing thought! Then God went on and said: "My strength is made perfect or fulfilled in weakness." The Greek word here is "teleioo". It means "to complete / to accomplish / to finish" God's strength needs weaknesses to be perfected. What would strength's purpose be without weakness to work on, finishing its effect? God's power has a finishing effect on your every weakness. It all comes in the form of His grace! Want your weakness to end? Get grace!!
