Personnel Announcement
It is with great regret mixed with happiness for him that we announce that Chris Rhodes has left our company and gone on to other opportunities.

For those of you not aware Bourne Leisure has taken over the operation of Tropical Palms RV Resort in Kissimee Florida (very close to Disney World). This park was previously owned and operated by ELS. Chris is the new general manager of this park for Bourne. He has relocated to Florida effective immediately.

Chris has asked me to invite all his contacts in he industry to come stay at his park. His new contact information is:

Attn: Chris Rhodes
Tropical Palms Resort/CG
2650 Holiday Trail
Kissimee., FL 34746-4707
Wk: (407) 396-4595

Scott's Help Desk Success Story!
esupport logoThought I would share an experience a customer had with their meter reading list in hopes of helping
some else with the same problem. They had a few sites in the meter reading list coming up as
unoccupied when there were people still staying there.

We found out that these sites where checked out at one point by accident and then and then a reverse
check out was performed. If the warning message that displays is not followed through by changing this
persons site (can also be changed back), the usage record of this camper will not regenerate and the
program will still think that it has been checked out. Therefore it is showing an unoccupied site and a non
occupancy button on the map.

Once we did a change site, the meter reading list was showing the person's name and the occupancy
button was back on the map.
That is about it for this month. Please feel free to send us your comments or post your thoughts in our user forum or on our blog.
Until next month hope the outdoor hospitality business treats you well.

Sincerely,
Peter Kearns
