Greetings!

HI Folks, here's hoping this newsletter finds you well. This issue contains new information about ; our new office, our new training personnel, Scott's tech tip and plenty more. So read on...

As some of you may or may not know we are moving to a brand new office. For the past 14 years we have rented the bottom floor of an office complex. Not any more.

Come visit us and see our campground also. We are now located on the grounds of Jellystone Niagara.
As some of you may or may not know we offer onsite training as an option at any time. You can bring us down to do the install at a new installation or have us provide a refresher course for your employees.

The past couple of years we have been sending Chris Rhodes out to do all the onsite training. With all his park management experience he was a great fit and is comfortable in the front desk atmosphere of a campground or RV park. However Chris has chosen to spend more time in the sales and marketing of our products so we have decided to make a change. .

To that end we have hired Andy and Jane Eaton as our on site trainers.

For the past 10 years they owned and operated the Jellystone park in Grand Haven Michigan. It is while operating that park that we first began to work with them. They used Campground Manager SoftwareŽ and all of its assorted modules at their park. They quickly became very keen and knowledgeable, often contributing ideas that could make our system better. Recently they sold their park and we decided to offer them a position to be our new on-site trainers. After receiving their updated training at our new office they will be ready to hit the road in early January. They have a motor home in which to travel and stay at the various parks who contract us. In addition you will get two trainers for the price of one. Jane and Andy work as a team. Jane's strength is in data processing while Andy has an extensive accounting background. Their business acumen will definitely benefit your park!

We have a two day minimum however if you just want one day of Campground Manager SoftwareŽ training then get together with other Campground Manager SoftwareŽ users in your area and we can work something out for one day. Give us a call and we can help facilitate this.

Commissionable transactions can now be tracked through Campground Manager. If you work with travel agencies or other referral outlets, Campground Manager can track all activity that is generated by these sources and computes the commissions due to the various agencies for any time period requested.

Michael Zalkin owns and runs this park in NY. A long time very loyal customer whose park and IT (information technology) demands have made us a better company.

As some of you may have noticed we have added a new tag line to mostly everyone's signature line called "connect with me now" or "click for live help". This is a new service being offered by Webex which we subscribe to. It allows our customers and / or new prospects to connect with us online where we can give them instant help/advice. A chat session will open to start the process.

Those customers on a current support plan can get get instant support and new sales leads will be channeled to Chris and/or myself.

You can also connect from our e-support page on our website. Once you connect a chat window appears and that starts the process. If you have a problem or just want some live online support give it a try. Please make sure you are current in your support program.

Just part of the ongoing service improvements and efficiencies we are always trying to achieve.
