Greetings!

HI Folks, Here's hoping this newsletter finds you well. This issue contains new information about ; our new office, Reserve America update, ARVC tradeshow details and much more. So let's get to it!

As some of you may or may not know we are moving to a brand new office. For the past 14 years we have rented the bottom of an house/office complex. Not any more.

Our new address is Mission Management Information Systems Inc. 8676 Oakwood Dr. Building "B" Niagara Falls, ON L2E 6S5 1-800-547-9147 / 905-374-8643

We purchased a new building and located it on a piece of property at our campground. We are excited about this move. Gives us a lot more room and the space to grow with our business. A large boardroom is included that will serve as our new onsite training center. Right now it is still in the construction stage on site at the park. Pictures to follow!
We only have one trade show left.

ARVC Insites Orlando Fla - November 29- December 2- Booth number 510. We are a major sponsor of the show and will have a full complement of people. ARVC approached us about hosting a user group meeting. There is a fee for this $75 per person of which 100% goes to ARVC. We will be coming in early to run this meeting on Tuesday November 28/06.You must register for the class through ARVC's website (arvc.org and click on the InSites 2006 logo) or by calling 703-241-8801, ext. 22.

Hope you can make this meeting or at least the trade show portion of the convention.
We announced this last month but we have had so much response to these videos I thought we would go through them again. We have started to put together a series of how to videos that can be accessed online. Scott has put together an initial series of 16 videos. They can be used for a variety of things such as:
  • Training videos for new employees.
  • Refresher videos for existing or returning employees.
  • Support request solutions.

So try them out. We will have a couple in the front section of our website and the remaining ones in the esupport section. Let us know what you think. Campground Manager SoftwareŽ How to Videos- Esupport Login The list currently includes;

On the trade show circuit this fall a lot of questions have come up about our alliance with Reserve America. Most of the questions are along the likes of, "What do we need them for? What will they do for my park? Who are they?" Basic stuff like that.

I thought I would give you a strategic insight as to why we formed an alliance with them. Basically we started Bookyoursite.com to be a vertically integrated piece of software that interacts with Campground Manager SoftwareŽ. Once we perfected that we heard from our customer base that we also needed to drive business their way in order to stay competitive in the marketplace.

That is why we pursued a deal with Reserve America. They are the world wide leaders in booking outdoor hospitality reservations over the Internet. If you take a look at this chart (below) you will see why. Their web traffic dwarfs any of their competitors. In addition this is not the general public hitting their web page, these are targeted camping consumers who are looking to BUY. These consumers have their credit card out and are ready to book a reservation. (The following charts and numbers are taken from Alexa.com which is a web traffic website owned by Amazon and cannot be verified by Mission Management as to their accuracy. However they are generally accepted by the online community as a good indicator of traffic.) Web traffic comparison Reserve America vs. Various competitors Daily Page views

The State park systems for who they book reservations have far more demand then they can supply. We hope to take that excess demand and use it to fill our customers private park excess supply. It will take some time to get the tech portion of this deal done but I think the strategy is sound.

So sign up now for Bookyoursite.com and you will automatically be included in the Reserve America program when it starts in early 2007. Contact Chris Rhodes or myself.(1-800-547-9146 or peterK@campgroundmanager.com or chrisr@campgroundmanager.com) Hope we can earn your trust and your business.
About 6 months ago we launched our Campground Manager SoftwareŽ user forum. Scott feels this is a great tool to interact with out campground owners who use Campground Manager SoftwareŽ and as such he asked me to feature it again. It is also a great tool to give us your suggestions for the next upgrade.

So I thought I would mention it again in the hope that it becomes a focal point for our software upgrades. We are moving toward a policy of using this tool to dictate any features and/or benefits we will add to the system. So if you would like to see something added or changed please start a discussion in the user forum.

That is it for this month. Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends. Hope to see you in Orlando! We are in Booth Number 510. Thanks again.

Sincerely,

Peter Kearns
