Hi Folks, This quick note is to let you know that we have released our latest upgrade. Details are as follows. Available at no charge to all our customers currently on the support program. I think you will be happy with the results.

Version 7.00.3 released on Jan 18, 2006 We are proud to announce the newest release of Campground Manager SoftwareŽ Version 7 Build 3. New Features include:

We added the note button to the transaction screen to allow storing notes specific to the selected reg# and transaction. You can now attach notes to the transaction as well as the customer.

To further enhance that feature we added a new column to the checkin list to show notes linked to the transaction you added in the first feature.

We added multi-sort capability to checkin list. In other words you can sort your list by two or three variables before you print it. The benefit being you can fine tune your busy check in procedure for more efficiency.

We added ability to print the new transaction note with customer comment from checkin list screen. For example if you add a transaction note "customer has loud angry dog" this will show up on the Check in list in the morning and you can place them appropriately in your park.

We added new button to the rentroll screen to produce tab delimited text file extract with the following layout: site no, site type, doc type, customer class, arrival, departure, total rate, amount paid, balance due, customer, note You can now export that file and dump it into Excel to further analyze your data.

We added new Webex connection details under the Campground Manager SoftwareŽ help menu for support purposes. We can now connect to your computer without PC Anywhere to help with your on site issues. If you have not had the chance to experience this, it works pretty slick. We added pick list with standard rate codes for camping and rental rate codes

We added bookyoursite.com button to the main screen allowing for real time synchronization with bookyoursite server. Once click of a button and your Internet reservations are downloaded directly into Campground Manager SoftwareŽ and your latest inventory is updated. We are really excited by this feature!

Version 7.00.3 Program fixes We fixed the overlapping of customer name with customer status column on group member list.

We fixed refresh problem for scheduled charge invoice printed right after entering the charge.

The upgrade process is very simple. For those of you who are not sure you must go to our home page or the esupport home page. If you go to our home page enter in your user code and password on the left side and click enter. www.campgroundmanager.com.

If you go to the esupport home page.http:// www.campgroundmanager.com/index.php/main/e-support. Click on the Log IN link on the right side. Then follow these instructions.

Once you are in the esupport area click on download "Campground Manager SoftwareŽ upgrade for Windows". Once click on that link you will get a message. "Your Campground manager download will begin shortly. If it does not, you may click here to force the download immediately. Simply close this window when your download is complete. Team Campground Manager"

Say yes to download file. You will get a message that asks you if you want to run or to save the file. You definitely want to click "Save". Save the file to your local machine where you can find it, We would suggest saving it to the desktop. Then click the save button. Once it downloads close your browser window. Visit the desktop and should see "Upgrade.exe". Double click on this icon and run it on the machine that contains the data files if you have a network. Otherwise just run it on the machine you downloaded it to. Then follow the instructions that appear.
