Welcome to our new format for our Campground Manager
SoftwareŽ newsletter. Hope you enjoy it. We will be issuing
this on a more regular basis in order to keep our partners in
business more connected to our business strategy. This will
keep you involved with our company and up to date with our
product.

For the past 7 years we have been reselling PC Charge
software and the interface to Campground Manager
SoftwareŽ. This allows you as the owner to process credit
cards directly through our software. You source and keep
your own merchant accounts and the software interfaces with
your provider. There is a charge for this product. We also
have another option. We have imbedded the Interface to x-
Charge software into Campground Manager SoftwareŽ . This
product works well and is free! They will take a look at your
current rate and analyze whether or not they can beat your
rate. If you have any interest in this product please let my

| Fall 2005, Spring 2006 Tradeshows |

This fall we attended 5 trade shows. We did the ARVC Insites
show in Austin Texas, the LSI Jellystone Symposium in
Cincinnati, the Pennsylvania Campers Association Trade show
in Pittsburgh, the CTPA show in San Diego and lastly the
Campground Owners of New York tradeshow. We realize that
these trade shows are an important revenue generator for
these associations and will continue to support those shows
that we feel provide the most benefit for us.
Upcoming shows include the NCA tradeshow at it's new
location in Springfield and the TACO show in May. We had a
very successful Campground Manager SoftwareŽ User
Group meeting in Pittsburgh and are planning to repeat it at
the NCA show in Springfield. You will get a sign up request in
the future. Look forward to seeing you there!

Having more than one Confirmation Letter in the system
The Custom Letters utility will let you customize some of
your documents so that you can better inform the customer
about your parks services and or rules. In this example, we
will add an additional confirmation letter which you can
choose from the ?Print Report To:? window.
1) From the top pull-down menu within Campground
Manager, select ?Campground Manager? and then ?Custom
Letters?.

on sale! If you have ever thought about adding the US Zip
code feature to your system now is the time. From Jan.

This product is embedded into the Registration screen in
Campground Manager SoftwareŽ . While you are entering in
a customer's information once you fill in the zip code field it
automatically populates the city and state field. The benefit
is all your marketing mailings will have the city names
spelled correctly and get to the person you want it to!
Will also save valuable keystroke time at registration. So

Bookyoursite.com Button |

We have made it very simple in the next version of
Campground Manager SoftwareŽ to interact with your
Bookyoursite.com file for Internet reservations. Early in the
new year we will be releasing Version 7.0 build 2. Everyone
on the support program will receive it. The biggest
improvement is the addition of the Bookyoursite.com button
on the lead screen. Once you are on Bookyoursite.com
booking system on our server you click on that button and
all your reservations are downloaded directly into
Campground Manager SoftwareŽ. Simultaneously all the
latest inventory information is up loaded to your file on
Bookyoursite.com. As simple as possible. The next step is to
get rid of the button and automate it. In other words any
time there is any change to the data file either on the
Internet or at the park the system automatically updates
itself. A true real time booking system.
In the mean time check out the button interface in the next
