Alliance members looking for a way to improve employee health through a wellness program now have access to even more affordable solutions through our partnership with Health Solutions, Ltd.^®

We've worked with Health Solutions to develop a new pricing schedule that brings members additional discounts. Pricing for some packages is $20 less per individual than what is offered to non-Alliance members.

Packages with health risk assessments (HRAs) and access to many Web portal tools including newsletter, online classes and resources, along with financial and productivity reports are now only $24 annually per employee and options with health coaching now start at $49.

New Program Package Added
A new package option, Intro Plus High Risk, has been added to offer more flexibility in health coaching. With this package unlimited coaching may be offered to 25 percent of individuals, such as those at high-risk for a specific high-cost disease or multiple risk factors, while others receive a single health coaching session to review their HRA, biometrics and goals for the year.

Members Choose the Program Level that Meets Their Needs
When an Alliance member enrolls they choose programs based on the level that fits their needs. Options range from HRA, online wellness tools and health information to individualized year-long lifestyle health coaching.

According to Health Solutions, employers using their solution save an average of $5.20 for every $1 invested in the program. Their wellness options can help employers:

• Reduce unnecessary health and workers' compensation claims
• Increase productivity
• Decrease absenteeism
• Lower short-term disability costs
• Create a higher quality of life for the individuals they cover
