Hope you all had a good Hallowe'en. Don't let those
bite sized candies fool you. They are just as good as
the real thing. Only you get to fool yourself that it is
only 70 calories a piece and down a handful at a
time.
That is not really the problem. The problem is that you
would do that every day before and after
Thanksgiving.
A better solution: Give yourself one day to freak out on
Hallowe'en candy and just go for it. The next day, do
not feel guilty. Just eat healthy for the rest of the week
and you should be fine.
Drink green tea, eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Don't go crazy on nuts because they are protein. 4 a
day is enough if you feel a craving for them. Do some
intense activity about 4 times a week. Sprints or
power push ups are great to get the metabolism
going.
