We don't get much summer. So when we do, enjoy it.
Most of you might be worrying about your beach body
or getting into clothes that show more of your fitness
level...
Then stop worrying and start an action plan.
Do you have a financial budget for your home? Or
atleast know how much you can spend on what type
of stuff? Then fitness is the same.
Make a weekly budget. I will eat this much, go out this
many times, make up for it this way and work out the
following days.
Then, stick to your budget. Easy as ....pie? okay make
it a low fat pie :-)
