There is way too much talk about trans fats for public
consumption.
We are not training to be the world's best whatever.
We just want to live our life in a relatively fit manner.
Look good and feel great and have some fun.
If you fall into this group, then take my advice and
ignore package labelling on trans fats. Really. Just
make sure that everything you eat is low in fat. How?
Read on!
Take the total amount of fat per serving in grams.
Multiply by 30. If this number is less than the total
calories per serving, then the product is low in fat.
That's it.
By getting conned into the trans fats, saturated fats,
and monounsaturated fats game, too many people
are not eating properly. I see clients buying chip bags
and eating them because they are labelled as 0 trans
fats. NOOOOOOOOO! They still have calories and
most of those calories come from fat.
Look, just eat healthy for 80% percent of your week.
Unless you are trying to drop weight. In that case, you
have to be strict until the weight comes off and then do
the 80/20 thing!
