I hope you share all our enthusiasm about the election of our own Michael Steele as the Republican National Committee Chairman. This is truly great news for our party. It seems all that long ago that Michael was Prince Georges County Chairman.
Since then, as State Chairman, as Lt. Governor, and as our Maryland U.S. Senate candidate, we could ask for no better representative for our party's values.
We know we have a rebuilding effort ahead of us. Nevertheless, I can think of no better person to lead us forward than Michael Steele.

Annual Convention of the Montgomery County Republican Party
Saturday, February 21, 9:00am-Noon
Auditorium at the Universities at Shady Grove, 9630 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville
The Montgomery County Republican Party will host its annual convention on Saturday, February 21, 2009 at The Universities at Shady Grove, 9630 Gudelsky Drive, Rockville, Maryland 20850- 5822. This is a free event from 9 a.m. to noon.and the public is invited to attend.
Speakers will include Charles Lollar, Chairman of the Maryland Republican Party Commission for Citizen Tax Relief and Maryland State Senate Republican Leader Allan H. Kittleman.
A Blueprint for Winning will be presented at the convention, focusing on the party's goals for the next election cycle.
