Reservations must be made by October 18.

The October 18 deadline is very important. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. When the ASCFG room block is filled, the hotel is under no obligation to provide additional rooms, or to extend the conference room rate.

The Crowne Plaza is located at 100 East Second Street in downtown Tulsa, 8 miles from Tulsa International Airport. A complimentary shuttle is available.
