Not a big news day yet. People still checking in, getting their ring binders and nametags. Still setting up. The video today is a compiliation of some intro videos with the Rev. Taking a morning run is a good way to get to know the neighborhood. Quicker than a walk, too. Saw plenty of tidy yards with cactus and hibiscus. A worker using a wide-angle high-powered sprayer to clean off the sidewalks in front of a hotel. It's Disney-ish clean in the Convention area (Disneyland is a block north of us). Only one person sleeping on a bench around here this morning, a security guard waiting for a bus.  

Tomorrow the Exhibit Hall opens at noon; the Program Budget & Finance Committee (PB&F) holds a hearing about budget priorities; the deputies and bishops will hear welcoming speeches; legislative committees meet; and our CT deputation will have a caucus at 9:30 p.m.
