An efficient runner can cover the same amount of distance at the same speed as a less efficient runner with extra energy to spare. The good news here is that running economy is the most trainable part of running if you take to it quickly. Open Water Swim Clinic!
The Sport Factory Invites you to refine your open water swimming skills on Sunday, Sept. 12th from 8am-10:30am in Lanier Park at Lake Lanier. We will review and practice race starts, entries, and exits, sighting/ navigation, buoy turns, wetsuits, tactics, and swimming in a pack.  Clinic is open to all levels of swimmers including beginners and will include a 500m open water swim and conclude with an optional bike ride.
