  • In her 2nd triathlon ever, Tracy Palmer finished 1st OA amateur at ELEVEN Reynold's Plantation! 
  • Gustavo Gonzales gets his first OA podium (3rd) at the Sunfish Tri
  • Tracy followed that up with an AG win at West Point Lake Triathlon, and another AG win at Chattanooga Waterfront, qualifying for Age Group Nationals in Tuscaloosa. Tracy is off to a phenomenal rookie season!
  • Big congrats to Laura Gold on her first OA win at the Savannah Duathlon -- in her first attempt at a duathlon!
  • Andi Dunlop takes 1st Masters at West Point Lake Sprint!
  • Amy Kloner is 2nd OA Pro at the Macon Half
  • Jennifer Lesser wins her AG at Chattanooga Olympic Triathlon
  • Sam Morgan had a great month winning the Rock N Rollman Sprint and the West Point Lake Olympic Triathlons. Sam also went on to finish 4th at the Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon.
  • Lisa Marshall placed second OA at 11 Global Olympic tri.
  • Jennifer Lesser wins her AG and places 4th OA at West Point Lake triathlon taking 10 minutes off her previous PR
  • Jo Adamson placed 1st age group at IRON GIRLS Sprint Triathlon
  • Lisa Marshall placed 3rd OA at the Dirty Spokes 5mi trail Run.
  • Crystal Perkins is also on a roll! She placed 1st in her age group at West Point Lake, 1st in her age group at 11 Global, and followed it up with a great race at the Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon, placing 2nd in her age group and 11th overall.
  • Molly Adams places 3rd AG at Tri Latta. First time on the podium in a while, and podiums again with a 3rd AG at Indian Springs. Nice job, Molly!
  • Todd Cawley places 6th OA At Reynold's plantation, 2nd AG at Tri Latta, and 1st Masters at Indian Springs and hasn't even gotten injured this year!
  • Junior athlete Emily Bridges places 3rd AG at the Rock'n'Roll Sprint in her first sprint.
  • Matt Schaefer places 1st AG at the Macon Sprint, 1st OA at the Jacksonville Spring #1, and 1st AG at the Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon by almost 5 minutes.
  • Kat Tindol and Shannon Wredge each take the State TT Champion titles in their respective categories.
  • Katie June was first overall amateur at the Chattanooga Waterfront Triathlon. Way to go Katie!
  • Hannah Meadows placed 14th overall and 1st in her age group at Chattanooga.
  • Katie June placed 2nd overall at the Iron Girls Sprint Triathlon.
  • Hannah Meadows placed 2nd in her age group at the Iron Girl Sprint Triathlon.
  • Hannah Meadows placed 3rd overall at the Macon Rock N' Roll Sprint Triathlon.
  • In her very first olympic distance triathlon, Hannah Meadows crossed the line 3rd amateur at the 11global triathlon.
  • Juanice Christian - First AG in the Duathlon at Indian Springs!

7/24  Mental skills for training and racing, motivation, confidence, racing the process, race pacing, and avoiding mental pitfalls.  Sunday, July 18th from 2-4:30pm
-  Mental skills and pacing are some of the most overlooked, and most useful, that an athlete can possess.  We will help you define your limiters and hone your metal skills breaking race day into a defined mental/physical process.  Using equipment and devices (GPS, heart rate, power meter) for pacing will also be discussed.

  • Jeff Lukich won his age group at the Fallen Heros 5K and placed 3rd in his age group at the Indian Springs triathlon, great job Jeff!
  • Holmes Marchman rode the bike leg and won the men's relay at the Chattanooga Waterfront triathlon!
  • Jennifer Jestel set a PR of 45.1 at the Peachtree Road Race, great job Jennifer!
  • Congrats to Cy Hedrick for finishing his first Ironman at IM CDA.
  • Byron Milton and Mark Rosing both qualify for the SC National Championship at Chattanooga Oly
  • Kudos to Kirk Blackmon for finishing his first Ironman at IM Germany.

  • Brian Madden - SF Adventure Race Team completed his first Ironman at Coeur d'Alene in 13:16...had a flat tire and persevered through for a solid finish.
