- Congratulations to Crystal Perkins for winning her age group at the Langley Pond Triathlon!
- Andi Dunlop takes 2nd Masters at the Jekyll Island Turtle Crawl. Great job Andi!
- Laura Gold wins the women's division of the Madision in May 5k!
- Juanice Christian - 1st place AG, Turtle Crawl 5K and a PR to boot!
- Judith Garrard - 2nd place AG, Turtle Crawl Sprint just a little over a month off of shoulder surgery!
- Amy Kloner places 2nd Overall at Gulf Coast.
- Byron Milton wins his AG and places 5th OA at the Jekyll Island Sprint Tri. He also qualified for SC Nationals at St. Anthonys
- Vallee Ohayan is back! She placed 2nd in her AG at the Peachtree Olympic Tri.
- Gustavo Gonzales and Jennifer Lesser each won a 5k by "phoning it in"
- Jennifer Lesser places 2nd in her AG at Rev 3 Oly and has a break through race!
- Mike Tindol places 2nd is his category at the GA Cup TT, Gainesville.
- Betsy Brucken is currently tied for first in the GA Cup TT series after securing another podium (2nd) at Gainesville TT.
- Jason McCambridge wins the TTR Super Sprint by nearly 5 minutes!
- Gustavo Gonzales wins his AG and places 23rd OA at Clemson Sprint.
- Louie Kirchner won his age group at the Gulf Coast Triathlon, way to go Louie!!!
- Jeff Lukich set a PR at the Gulf Coast Triathlon, good work!
- Scott Whitney placed 1st in his age group at the Gulf Coast Triathlon. In doing so he lowered his PR in the 1/2 ironman distance. Well done!!
- Sam Morgan finishes 2nd in the Elite Amateur wave at St Anthony's Triathlon. Sam had the second fastest swim split of the day (out of 4000 athletes).
- Erik Belinfante finishes 5th Overall and 1st AG at the Tri2Remember Super Sprint Triathlon.
- Katie June placed 1st in her age group at John Tanner and 4th overall! Great job Katie.
- Brian Duffy placed 2nd in his age group at John Tanner! Great job Brian.
- Sarah Russ placed 2nd overall at the Twisted Ankle half marathon. Way to go Sarah!
- Katie June placed 1st in her age group at the Knoxville Rev3 race.
- Brian Duffy placed 1st in his age group at the Knoxville Rev3 race.
- Hannah Meadows placed 2nd in her age group at the Clemson Sprint! Way to go Hannah!
- Lisa Marshall placed 1st in AG at the Clemson Sprint Tri, great first tri of the season.

Next Clinic- Athlete Testing and Using a Power Meter for Cycling Performance FREE for Club Team members

6/13 Athlete testing and using power meter for optimal cycling performance. Sunday, June 13th from 2-4:30pm- We will discuss the various types of testing and protocols such as field tests, functional threshold, VO2, lactate threshold and how they may be used to gauge training effectiveness. Power meters are quickly becoming mainstream and are a highly useful and effective tools for increasing cycling performance. We will review various brands and devices. This clinic is a must if you are considering purchasing a power meter.

- Barbara Blackford had an amazing race at the Big Sur Marathon.
- Natalie Taylor had a PR effort at Peachtree City International Triathlon. Way to go Natalie!
- Kevin Spengler and his wife Patti cross the finish line of a 9 month long endurance event with the birth of their son Issac. Congrats to the proud parents!
- Cy Hedrick crushed the Rev3 Half Iron distance race with a 4:58. That was good for 21st overall and 5th AG. This was Cy's first time at the Half Iron distance.
- Kirk Blackmon overcame the heat and humidity at the White Lake Half I and set a new PR by 30 min while qualifying for Half Max Nationals.
- Seth Gibree finished on of the toughest Half Iron distance races in the country at the Super Frog XXVI put on by the Navy SEAL's. This was Seth's first Half Iron race.
- TJ Reilly became an Ironman at St. George Utah on May 1. This was TJ's first Ironman on a very tough course.
